I have been searching for grants or grant writers. If the money is from the government how come it is so hard to get when one needs this money.  I have hopes and dreams of opening up my own business.  Now I'm about to loose my house.  Does anyone know anybody out there that can save me and my sanity?

I am a Organizational and Business Development Consultant.

Upon obtaining my masters degree in administration in 2001,I have devoted my time offering consulting services to individuals, organizations, businesses, and communities. My experience dates back to 1997.

I work collaboratively with Human Services consultants, non profit and for profit organizations, local and corporate businesses, and members of communities to address community and state issues and concerns. My work include offering assistance with organizational and business development and expansion. I offer assistance with business plans and proposal writing and fundraising. I also offer assististance with purchasing homes and properties through grants. The assistance is offered to individuals and non profit organizations.

Some of the many I have collaborated with are HUD, HPD, NY Foundation, Foundation Center, ICF, DYCD, JP Morgan, Robin Hood, EDC, and local and state leaders.

Additionally, I assist graduate students with their thesis and other required research projects. I also offer tutorial assistance.
